My journey began on the volleyball courts of Europe, where I spent my youth competing at the highest level — winning multiple international championships and proudly representing the Macedonian Senior National Team. These years in high-performance sport taught me the discipline, resilience, and long-term commitment needed not just for winning in competition, but for thriving in life.

Beyond sport, I built a 25+ year corporate career in business strategy and leadership, leading high-performing teams, managing multinational operations, and developing data-driven solutions for success. I learned how to optimize performance, motivate people, and deliver measurable results — lessons that now shape every program I create.


Today, I channel these experiences into ILIJA™, a premium Sydney-based fitness, nutrition, and longevity brand. My programs blend the structure of elite athletics with the precision of business strategy to deliver science-backed, results-driven, and highly personalized health programs. Whether it’s midlife health optimization, perimenopause and menopause coaching, or elite fitness training, every protocol is designed to optimize movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset for maximum healthspan and vitality.

I believe true health is more than fitness — it’s about longevity, vitality, and sustainable lifestyle transformation.


My mission is simple:
To help driven professionals and wellness-focused individuals rebuild, restore, and extend their quality of life so they can perform at their best — in the gym, in business, and in life.

My academic foundation combines business management, strategic leadership, and health sciences, giving me a unique ability to deliver data-driven, personalized fitness and longevity coaching. Throughout my career, I have continuously pursued knowledge in nutrition, wellness, and longevity research, integrating the latest evidence-based advancements into every program I create.
